Return & Refund Policy
At Lilimi, we take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. As our products are specially packed and shipped with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, size issues, or personal preferences.
Damaged Items Only
Returns will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
To be eligible for a return request:
- The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory and must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damaged product and packaging.
- Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund consideration.
How to Request a Return
To report a damaged item, please contact us at alanrootsenterprises@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- The mandatory unboxing video
Our team will review the details and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Approval Process
If the return request is approved by the Lilimi team:
- The customer will be informed via email.
- The customer must securely pack the item and arrange courier shipment to the return address provided by our team.
- Return shipments sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Courier charges for returning the product are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated by our team.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that are not damaged
- Products without a valid unboxing video
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
