  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders and promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 Business Days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation via Email and/or SMS
  • Tracking number and courier details

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Lilimi is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

International Shipping

Currently, Lilimi ships only within India.

We may introduce international shipping in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
