- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
- During festive seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders and promotional offers.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3β7 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5β10 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 7β14 Business Days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.
Order Tracking

Delivery Delays

Undelivered Packages

International Shipping
Currently, Lilimi ships only within India.
We may introduce international shipping in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
